Only someone who has ordered on kthdistribution.com and whose order has shipped. The review link is sent by email a few days after dispatch and stays tied to that order. A review can therefore only concern a product that was actually bought — which is what allows us to write “verified purchase”.
Our server checks that the review belongs to the order at the moment it is submitted. We do not check or dispute the content of the review itself: what the person experienced is theirs.
We pay for no review, in any form: no discount, no free product, no goodwill gesture. We buy no reviews, and we republish none from any other platform.
Every review is read before it is published. A review is never refused for being negative. It can only be refused for one of the following reasons, and no other:
The usual delay between submission and publication is a few days.
Reviews are shown newest first, with their date and the product bought. No sorting or filter favours good ratings. The average is the plain mean of every published review.
The site is published in nine versions. A review written in one language is translated automatically into the others; the translation is labelled as such and the original text stays one click away. The original prevails.
A published review stays online for as long as the product is sold. Its author may ask for it to be changed or removed at any time by writing to [email protected], quoting their order number.
